Privacy policy

Effective 22 August 2026. This policy explains what Likely collects, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible

Likely is operated by The Cirqle. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

Data we collect

We collect the account details you provide, such as your name and email address; the brands, competitors, briefs and feedback you add; product usage and diagnostic events; and billing status and transaction references. We analyse publicly available advertising data for the brands you ask us to track.

How we use data

We use data to create and secure your account, provide and improve Likely, process subscriptions, measure whether the product is useful, respond to support and feedback, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers to run Likely, including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, hosting and infrastructure providers, and email and monitoring providers. They process data only to provide their services to us. Stripe receives payment information directly; Likely does not store full card details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it with service providers, when you direct us to, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain account and product data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, recovery, legal and accounting purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, backups and monitoring, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity.

Cookies

Likely uses essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security and preferences. We may use limited product analytics to understand feature use and improve the service.

Changes

We may update this policy as Likely changes. We will publish the current version here and update the effective date.
