Terms of service
Effective 22 August 2026. These terms apply when you create an account or use Likely.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and use Likely only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
The service
Likely analyses public advertising information and user-provided inputs to produce research, classifications and recommendations. Outputs support human decision-making; they are not guarantees of performance, completeness or commercial results.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve Likely. You must have the rights needed to submit that content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, circumvent product limits, scrape Likely itself, introduce malicious code, or use outputs to violate law or third-party rights.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access renews until cancelled. Prices, billing intervals and usage charges are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Unless law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal.
Beta service and availability
Likely is currently in beta. Features, limits and data sources may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend access to protect the service, enforce these terms or meet legal requirements.
Intellectual property
Likely and its software, design, taxonomy and documentation remain ours or our licensors'. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Likely is provided as available without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or decisions made from product outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Likely in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
You may stop using Likely at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, security risk or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to [email protected]. We may update these terms as the service changes and will publish the current version here.
